Dine11 Marin - helping San Rafael restaurants and Canal and Venetia Valley immigrant communities

Dine11 Marin, an organization formed by a group of Marin residents in the face of the pandemic, has been partnering San Rafael restaurants, healthcare facilities, the San Rafael Public Schools and the Canal Alliance since early April.  Their mission is to help struggling restaurants by purchasing meals that are delivered by volunteers to staff at health care facilities. Additionally,  Dine11 Marin provides distributes gift certificates at food pantry lines at the Canal Alliance and Bahia Vista Elementary that can be redeemed at participating San Rafael restaurants. Dine 11 Marin also purchases groceries from Canal markets for families in need at Venetia Valley School. This is a wonderful way to support San Rafael businesses while also providing meals for our hard working healthcare staff and immigrant residents in need. And it ensures that no one is turned away empty-handed from our food pantry lines. Dine11 Marin relies on the generosity of individuals and family foundations to make this all happen.
