    Are You a Landlord in Marin?
    Community Action Marin is now helping qualifying Marin County landlords and residents apply to receive rental assistance for back rent due between April 1, 2020 through the present. To be eligible for the program, households must be resident of the County of Marin and meet one of the requirements below:
    1. Experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship during or due, directly or indirectly, to the coronavirus pandemic
    2. One or more individuals within the household demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness; or housing instability as defined by US Treasury guidelines.
    3. Have a household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income.
