City is Launching Free Composting Bin Program

The City is launching its Free Compost Bin Program for San Rafael businesses that don’t currently have MSS’s organics recycling service as an incentive for them to comply with law SB1383. Businesses that enroll in MSS’s organics recycling service will be eligible to receive up to $600 in free indoor compost bins. The program runs until May 1^st, so call today.
