CareerPoint Marin is open for business at our new location at the College of Marin Indian Valley Campus, upstairs in Building 27.
 
CareerPoint helps reduce the costs associated with identifying, hiring, and onboarding employees. Our goal is to provide job seekers with training and opportunities that lead to long-term employment while ensuring that local employers have access to talent.
 
CareerPoint has a steady pool of available talent looking for employment. Our Business Services team works with your HR department to prescreen candidates and schedule interviews.
 
Work Experience
Work Experience is an unpaid training opportunity for job seekers who require additional experience. We cover the Workers Compensation Insurance, and the employer agrees to provide onsite job training. Employers have the option to hire without incurring any hiring fees. 
 
On-The-Job-Training
On-The-Job-Training helps offset the cost of hiring and training by reimbursing employers up to 50 percent of a new hire’s hourly wage.
