101/580 Connector Project Priority Focus Areas

The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce, which represents nearly 600 Marin County businesses with over 26,000 employees across 25 different industry sectors, shares their interests in Transportation Authority of Marin’s (TAM) study of alternative alignments for the Northbound US-101 to Eastbound I-580 connector.

The Chamber has reviewed and agrees with all the City of San Rafael’s published guiding principles on this project (read here).  In addition, through our participation on the Stakeholder Working Group, and meetings with several other knowledgeable stakeholders and business/property owners in the East San Rafael (ESR) area, we would like to highlight some priority focus areas we believe to be crucial to the community of ESR.
