Why Redistricting Matter to You
Redistricting determines which neighborhoods and communities are grouped into districts for purposes of electing County Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors is soliciting community input in drawing the next district map based on new census data. The final district map will determine supervisorial district boundaries for the next 10 years. By participating in the process, either through public hearings or written comments, everyone has an opportunity to share how they think district boundaries should be drawn to best represent their community.
