NAPA, Calif., January 15, 2026 — Jay Tkachuk has joined Redwood Credit Union (RCU) as Chief Information Officer. In his role, Tkachuk leads the IT organization, scaling transformative ideas into enterprise-wide impact and developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of RCU’s Members and team members.
Tkachuk brings 17 years of experience leading technology and digital transformation efforts in the credit union industry.

Tkachuk holds both a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and earned certifications in Chief Digital Officer and Product Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Ukrainian American House, a Sacramento-based nonprofit that supports Ukrainian refugees and fosters international business connections.
