RPM MORTGAGE LISTED AS AMERICA’S TOP 10 MORTGAGE COMPANY

RPM Mortgage, Inc. (RPM) has been listed in the top ten of the “Top 100 Mortgage Companies in America 2012” by Mortgage Executive Magazine. RPM’s highly successful team of loan originators conducted record breaking production last year, closing over 16,030 units for a total loan volume of $6,380,359,408.

RPM’s strong industry position is attributed to the knowledgeable group of loan originators, their support teams, and RPM’s operations staff. In 2012 the company expanded its mortgage lending platform into the Pacific Northwest and added two operations centers in Lake Oswego, Oregon and Newport Beach, California. RPM funded 92 percent of all loans closed through its internal mortgage banking operations centers, which not only proves the strength of its mortgage products but its banking operations teams as well.

In addition to expanding its lending communities, RPM also added nine new branches, 90 new loan agents and 314 new employees who greatly contributed to the overall success of 2012. RPM plans to increase production even further for 2013 and strives to hit $10 billion in originations by the end of the year.
