Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures today launched MSIV’s Talent Hub. The platform streamlines connections between local talent and North Bay startup companies hiring for full-time, part-time, and project-based work.
The Talent Hub allows applicants to opt-in to the MSIV
Talent Pool, browse open positions on MSIV’s first-of-its-kind North Bay Startup
Job Board, and sign up to receive job alerts for new job postings. All of these services are free for both companies and job seekers to utilize.
At launch, the
Job Board has aggregated over 100 job listings from over 35 Marin + Sonoma startup companies - we expect these numbers to grow significantly in the weeks and months ahead.
With the MSIV
Talent Pool, Marin + Sonoma job seekers now have a way to raise their hand and indicate to North Bay startups that they are open to considering opportunities with companies in their own community. MSIV is eager to identify those seeking full-time positions as well as non-traditional and flexible work arrangements.
During and following the COVID pandemic, many Marin + Sonoma professionals became the primary caregivers in their households and were unable to participate in the 40-hour-work-week labor force. MSIV would like to reengage this talented workforce with part-time and flexible work with local startup companies.
Facilitating these connections will help accelerate the journey of these startups in building the next great North Bay company.
