California Bank & Trust Expands Michael Kadel's Role

CALIFORNIA BANK & TRUST EXPANDS MICHAEL KADEL’S ROLE

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS CENTER MANAGER FOR CALIFORNIA NORTH BAY

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (June 12, 2015) – California Bank & Trust (CB&T) is pleased to announce newly expanded responsibilities for Michael Kadel, senior vice president, business center manager for the San Francisco and North Bay markets.  Also, Kadel is a newly-appointed member (as of June 11, 2015) of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors. 

In addition to continuing his role managing a high performance business banking team in the North Bay, Kadel has now added San Francisco to his territory. Kadel will manage business banking and private banking customers in San Francisco catering to mid-market businesses and high net worth individuals with sophisticated banking needs.

Kadel brings significant experience to his new role with more than 25 years in the banking industry.  His past positions include regional branch management, commercial and business banking, relationship management, lending, private banking, sales management and banking operations.

Kadel earned a bachelor of science degree from Kansas State University in agricultural economics and has also earned a master’s in executive management from Pacific Coast Banking School. Previously, he has served as president of both the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and Marin Economic Forum. Kadel has chaired numerous high profile boards, committees and groups throughout Marin County and the state of California, including esteemed organizations such as Hospice by the Bay and California Family Health Council.
