We are locally owned and operated in bay area, and we distribute nationally and internationally from our warehouse located in San Rafael CA. Our focal products are Dates, Figs, Nuts and Persian cucumbers. In the typical fashion of a small company, employees handle multiple roles to ensure all the areas of the business are accommodated.

Marketing/Sales Assistant.
Sales Assistant: The Sales Assistant is to manage the day-to-day expectations of the customer. That includes:
- Develop a solid and professional relationship with the customers.
- Addressing the customer’s requests, modification, issues, or complaints in a manner that, to the best of our ability, leaves them feeling satisfied and that they are being treated professionally and fairly.
- Proactively communicating to the customer when issues arise that affect their expectations.
- Assist the Sales Representatives with developing leads onboarding new customers.
- Fill out new customer forms.
- Send out Eblasts to potential customers.
- Name, Logo, Label and Brand developments and awareness.
- Online Store Management including pricing, product management and fielding inquiries.
- Website improvements.
- Social Media creating content and posting.
- Creating Pamphlets and brochures.
- Trade show support.
- Store tastings.
- Support Sales Representatives.
- Trade show attendance and other offsite marketing events sometime requiring overnight travel
- Supporting other reasonable requests that are necessary for successfully operating the company
- Salary is commensurate with experience
