Starting this month, we will feature donation-based yoga class at the historic Boyd Gate House’s Community Room.
Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of physical and mental exercise. Join us for a free community yoga class on Thursdays at MHM. Space is limited, so please arrive early to secure your spot. This yoga series will be lead by Laura Gannon, a certified yoga teacher RYS 200. Laura has been teaching and studying yoga for over 25 years. Her background is in the Baptiste & Iyengar styles of Hatha Yoga. This gentle series can give you the building blocks you need to increase flexibility & strength while de-stressing your body, mind and spirit. BYOM ( we do have additional yoga mats if needed)
