Join us for a FREE hour of “Lengthening and Strengthening”.
Where: The Altschuler Center for Weight Loss & Wellness

Time: 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Jessica, certified personal trainer, will guide us through 30 powerful minutes of abs & thigh workout. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a 20-minute Hatha yoga cool down led by Nicole, our on-staff registered yoga teacher.
