She shares 120 recipes ranging from breakfast, juice, and lunch to snacks, dinner, and dessert—each with a nutritional breakdown. The Roman-born Giada de Laurentiis is a three-time winner of the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lifestyle Host, and in 2012 was inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame.
