    On August 15, the San Rafael Chamber convened with three other key business groups in the Bay Area - the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, Silicon Valley Organization, and Oakland Chamber of Commerce - to discuss how to collaborate on workforce development initiatives. All four organizations agreed that it was necessary to work together in preparing local students for jobs in the new economy.
