The Marin Builders Association in partnership with Marin Economic Forum recently launched the Customer Satisfaction Program by asking for contractors, architects and homeowners who have applied for a permit in San Rafael to complete a brief survey.?
The City of San Rafael’s Customer Satisfaction Assessment Program will measure and review the customer experience in the City of San Rafael Planning and Building Departments. The year-long data driven program will conclude with a report that will include: data from customer and staff surveys, findings from focus groups and one-on-one meetings, and actionable recommendations on how to improve the overall customer experience.
