    Kirk Hylan is the Founder and President of INsite Networks, Inc. He has been working in computers and IT for the past 30 years. Kirk has worked in nationwide firms and small/medium-sized businesses solving a large variety of IT problems. His company, INsite Networks, provides computer networks, IT solutions and services to small and medium sized businesses throughout the Bay Area. The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce has been one of Kirk’s clients since 1993
