Angeles Arrien described the 50's as the "Decade of Discontent". Many of us find ourselves longing for purpose, yearning for work that has impact and lends a deeper sense of satisfaction. Many also look at age of 65 and ask, "What if I don't want to retire completely?"

Based on The Encore Career Handbook this course works thru a process to discover what a transition towards more purpose and meaning look like for you.
