SANTA ROSA, Calif., August 13, 2026 — Redwood Credit Union (RCU), which offers full-service personal and business banking throughout the North Bay and San Francisco, has announced the promotion of Jen Brooks Harris and Divine David and the hiring of Keith Hildesheim to senior leadership roles. These experienced leaders will help shape RCU's strategy, member experience, and employee development while supporting its mission to improve members' financial well-being and strengthen local communities.
Jen Brooks Harris, SVP/Strategy, Projects, Product & CRE
Jen Brooks Harris has been promoted to SVP/Strategy, Project Development, Product Management & Corporate Real Estate at RCU. In her new role, she will lead the planning and execution of RCU’s strategic planning, ensuring organizational clarity for RCU’s vision, goals, and future. Harris will partner with other leaders across the organization to oversee efforts to enhance the member experience through new products, expanded services, and the continued investment in branches that strengthen our presence in the communities we serve.
Harris joined RCU in 2025 as Vice President of Strategic Planning. Prior to joining RCU, she spent more than 15 years in the financial services industry with Elevations Credit Union, Coast Hills Credit Union, and NCR Digital Banking, where she specialized in strategic planning, digital transformation, product management, and business growth initiatives.

Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She earned certifications in Change Management through Prosci, ITIL Foundations through PeopleCert, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master through Agile Alliance, and ValueSelling through ValueSelling Associates. While at NCR, she received the James Patterson top 1% Performance Excellence Award and contributed to Elevations Credit Union’s Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award efforts.
Divine David, SVP/Member Experience
Divine David has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Member Experience. In this position, she will continue leading efforts focused on membership growth, deepening member relationships, and enhancing member experience to strengthen RCU’s connections in local communities.
David joined RCU in 2025 and most recently served as Vice President of Branch Experience. Prior to joining RCU, she spent more than eight years as Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Mirastar Credit Union, where she oversaw retail banking, consumer lending, mortgage lending, operations, credit risk, marketing, business development, and community engagement. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions with San Francisco Federal Credit Union, Provident Credit Union, Bank of the West, and Golden 1 Credit Union.

David has nearly thirty years of experience in financial services with expertise in retail banking, lending, and development. She is also a Lean Six Sigma green belt and has extensive experience leading business process improvement and performance initiatives throughout her career.
Keith Hildesheim, SVP/People & Talent Development
Keith Hildesheim has joined RCU as Senior Vice President of People and Team Member Development. In this role, he will lead RCU’s people strategy, overseeing employee relations, hiring, and training and development programs that support team member engagement and company performance. He will also partner with senior leadership to align workforce strategy with business priorities to strengthen the capabilities needed to support RCU’s long-term growth.
Prior to joining RCU, Hildesheim spent nearly ten years with Slalom Consulting and nearly a decade with Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU), building expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness and workforce transformation. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with executive teams to strengthen leadership capability, workforce readiness, and workplace culture.

Hildesheim holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Cultural Studies from Evergreen State College and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Oxford Saïd Business School. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and integrating workforce strategy with organizational goals.
