This month learn about On the Job Training (OJT). OJT Program can help your business invest in a great candidate and transform them into a productive and profitable employee. By hiring and training a CareerPoint North Bay job seeker, your business will be provided with reimbursement up to 50% of the wage rate of the participant for the extraordinary costs of providing the training and additional supervision related to the OJT.
