Fourth Street, Downtown & the West End Village (from Lincoln to H Street)
Bring your little ones in costume for treats from participating merchants all up and down Fourth Street, Downtown from Lincoln to the West End Village, look for the poster and balloons.
San Rafael City Plaza (at Court Street) events:
1-3 PM – Welcome table: Need a bag? Or be green and bring your own
2PM – Judging of Pet Costumes. Registration and entry fee required, please contact Woodlands Pet Food & Treats.*
