    Event Description:
    Join the San Rafael Elks for an amazing Halloween Party in their beautiful historic mansion!  (former Boyd Mansion, next to Falkirk Mansion) Featuring live music from Soul Section Funk & Soul Review, DJ & Dancing, and a Costume Contest!  Adults only, and costumes preferred but optional. Get inspired and bring friends! Food and drinks are available for purchase onsite. 
    Covid Protocol:  Proof of vaccination required at the door or wear a mask/face covering nose & mouth.
