    Event Description:

    The Trivia Bee is a fun (seriously, so much fun) and engaging event, where you will gather with your friends, family, neighbors, or colleagues to compete in a friendly trivia competition while also supporting the children of Project Avary. This event is an incredible staff & team building activity! And did we mention how much fun it is?

    The Trivia Bee is co-hosted by Marin County Public Defender, Jose Varela, and Chief of Probation, Michael Daly. The game is led by 35-year veteran Trivia Master, Howard Rachelson.

    Teams consist of up to 8 people
    Cost is $50/person

    (includes Sol Food buffet, unlimited beer & wine, and Trivia)

    Project Avary is a Bay Area nonprofit with the mission to end generation cycles of incarceration by providing long-term service and support for children with parents in prison. Local children enter Project Avary at the age of 8 and are in the program until they are 18 years old. That's a 10-year commitment to each child and family!

    We had so much fun last year, and, thanks to our incredible supporters, we raised enough money to provide healthy meals at family camp, to load up on new supplies, and to send ALL 25 of our newest participants to their very first Camp Avary. We hope to provide even more of an impact this year, and we’re so grateful to all of you for helping us make that happen!
