    The State of the City Dinner, featuring The Best of San Rafael, is the premier event of the year for networking with your fellow business, government and nonprofit leaders in Marin County. 

    Develop valuable new connections and strengthen the ones you already have, all while enjoying delicious food and drink at the beautiful Peacock Gap Clubhouse. 

    The State of the City Dinner is a celebration of this amazing community where we choose to work, live and play. 'The Best of San Rafael' (which takes place before the formal program) will give attendees the chance to sample food from amazing Chamber restaurants and caterers. 

    To recognize those business, government and civic leaders who have gone above and beyond in their service to San Rafael and Marin, awards will be given in four categories - Large, Small, Downtown and Joe Garbarino Green Business of the Year as well as the City of San Rafael Employee of the Year, and the Citizen of the Year

    This event also features Mayor Gary Phillips' 'State of the City Address'. This is your opportunity to get up to speed on the latest developments in San Rafael and to get valuable information about the state of our community.

    • Wine and food are both included in the event ticket price, no-host cocktails will be available as well.
