Green UP - Quarterly Electronic Newsletter

Limited sponsorships are available for each mailing to approximately 1,200 chamber contacts on a quarterly basis. Sponsorship includes your company logo and hyperlink to your company website. A single quarterly sponsorship for a Small Business is $95 or you can sponsor $300 for the entire year. For a single quarterly sponsorship as a Large Business it is $200 or $700 for the entire year. Ribbon Cuttings & Grand Openings

Money Mondays (Member Hosted Workshop or Seminar Series)

Members can request conference room space to host a Money Mondays workshop or seminar series with the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce. All workshops must be open to San Rafael Chamber members and take place on Monday mornings any time from 7:30am-12:00pm in the Chamber board room. The fee to host a workshop at the Chamber is $100. The Chamber will invoice the host after completion of the event. The host cannot cancel based on attendance. All classes will take place regardless of number of participants.

The request for a workshop/seminar series should explain how the workshop will benefit:

               A)  San Rafael Chamber members (how it will help them grow their business)

               b) San Rafael business community (how it will help the overall economic health of the community)

The San Rafael Chamber E-Brief for Business and E-Vents Insider electronic newsletters are the only publications that are distributed to the entire chamber membership of nearly 600 members with over 1,500 contacts. The publications provide timely news and updates to chamber members. Affordable advertising rates available: please see the details for each publication below.

SR Chamber E-Brief for Business 
Distribution: the SR Chamber NewsBrief for Business is distributed on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Focus: News you need from the SR Chamber, City of San Rafael, Marin County, CalChamber, and more.

Advertising: Premium space for the period of one or three months includes a hyperlink to your website. Ads will be clearly visible and positioned prominently in the left hand column of the publication.

Advertising Rates: 1 month - $100 ($75 for non-profits) *  3 months - $250 ($175 for non-profits) * Annual - Please Inquire

Ad Specifications: Ads must be 155pt wide x 200pt tall, 72 pixel/inch (no flash or animation) and ready for placement.

SR Chamber E-vents Insider

Distribution: the SR Chamber E-vent Insider is distributed on the 4th or last Tuesday of each month.

Focus: Upcoming Chamber and member events and special offers.

Advertising: E-Vents Insider Inserts are emailed out once per month on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Your ad will feature a thumbnail of the submitted pdf. Your ad and thumbnail will link to a full-size pdf of your ad. 

Advertising Rates: 1 month - $75 ($50 for non-profits) *  3 months - $225 ($150 for non-profits) * Annual - Please Inquire

Ad Specifications: All E-Vents E-Insider Inserts must be in an 8.5 x 11” format and in a PDF file. The PDF file must be saved for Smallest File Size. PDF can be in color or black and white.  All E-Vents Insider Inserts must include the business name, address, phone number, email address and contact person and/or website for more information.

Thank you for requesting conference room space to host a Money Mondays workshop or seminar series with the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce. All workshops must be open to San Rafael Chamber members and take place on Monday mornings any time from 7:30am-12:00pm in the Chamber board room. The fee to host a workshop at the Chamber is 10% of the net revenue or $10/person, whichever is the lesser of the two; minimum of $100. The Chamber will invoice the host after completion of the event. The host cannot cancel based on attendance. All classes will take place regardless of number of participants.

The San Rafael Chamber will:

·        Promote your event to the Chamber membership through the monthly E-Vents Insider which is distributed to 1400+ and post your event on the Chamber website.

·        The event will also be promoted and distributed at other Chamber events, to new members and to prospective members.

·        Chamber staff will also ensure that the board conference room is suitable and ready for use.

·        The Board room can accommodate up to 20 participants and is equipped with wi fi, projector and screen and conference call capability.

The host will be responsible for:

·        Creation of event flyer (must be in an 8 ½ X 11” format in a PDF file. Must be saved for smallest file size and can be in color or black and white)

·         Taking all registrations (preferably with a web link)

·        Food and beverages

·        Class content and materials
