Kim Lofrano, our Office Manager hired January of 2016, has called San Rafael home for the last 36 years, and as a result is an extremely proud member of its community. Her last three jobs have supported San Rafael’s economy, which in turn, has supported her dream of making a difference in her home town. Kim’s enthusiasm for supporting San Rafael through her work has truly influenced her desire to work for the Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to coming to the Chamber, Kim worked for the San Rafael Pacifics Baseball Club, a Leader’s Circle Silver member, as Community Relations Coordinator. She worked closely with the people of San Rafael through their Host Family Program, baseball clinics for underprivileged youth in the Canal, the sponsorship program with local businesses, and attended public appearances with players at schools, libraries, fairs and festivals. Through the connections she made in San Rafael, Kim found her calling of wanting to promote the greatness and continued vitality of her town. Therefore, it seemed only natural that she would take a job with the Chamber, who supports the economic growth of the City through its membership & promotion of its members’ businesses. She hopes to participate in the Leadership Program in the future.
