Donahue Fitzgerald welcomes IP, Business and Corporate, and Date Privacy and Security Associate, Shruti B. Arora,
to its Oakland office.
Cullen joins the firm's Walnut Creek office and he represents public, private, and start-up companies in corporate, securities, and real estate transactions. He advises clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private stock offerings, joint venture structuring, division spin-offs, and venture capital financing. Cullen earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and earned his B.S. and M.A. from the University of Arizona.
Elizabeth joins the firm's Oakland office and she represents clients on estate planning, trust administration, and probate law matters. Her practice primarily focuses on strategic estate and tax planning, with the goal of preserving wealth for clients and their families. Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University and earned her B.A. from California State University, Chico.
Delisle joins the firm's Oakland office and he advises clients on copyright, trademark and licensing agreements; and copyright and trademark registration. He also has extensive experience outside the legal industry working for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration; Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Manager on the corporate strategy team; and later Skyline College in San Bruno as the Interim Dean of Global Learning Programs and Services. Delisle earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, earned his M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, and earned his B.A. from Emory University.
