Founded in 2019, Seagull Prime Real Estate Fund was created with the vision to strategically invest in new redevelopment opportunities within Marin County. Led by lifelong San Rafael resident, Chris Hart, the firm is currently working to entitle and develop a number of new residential units in the City of San Rafael.

At its core, Seagull Prime Real Estate Fund sees the immense opportunity to help shape the future of local development through high-quality residential projects that respond to the urgent need to add to our housing supply.
