We are pleased to let you know that the Women for Success committee has a new name and focus.  The Board of Directors recently approved our proposal to change our name to “Excellence in Business Committee” and we will sponsor a speaker series and other events that will serve our chamber membership and reach out to the business community.  Our goal will be to deliver four high quality educational events, consisting of a luncheon, speaker or panel, Q&A, and networking throughout the year with a focus on small business education and identification of local subject matter experts to help our business community thrive. 

Current plans are underway to provide two panel discussion events this year (July and October), and we will be at the Business Showcase at the Chamber table to hand out literature and answer any questions about the Committee.  We will also be hosting our annual holiday party in November.  Exact dates, locations and registration information will be announced in the monthly Chamber E-Vents newsletter.  We look forward to be an exceptional resource to our Chamber members and business community.
